Employee of the Month
This is an internal process where the three Managers choose an employee that they believe has tried hard for the previous month. Areas of consideration include:
- Appearance
- Timeliness
- Efforts
- Drive
- Motivation
- Attitude
If an employee is awarded "Employee of the Month" they receive a small perpetual trophy and a special treat.
